Here is an unrefutable fact: the institutions bought heavily today after 2:30. I think the news made the institutional whisper circuit in the usual above SEC reproach way. At the same time the public sold the stock heavily causing the net flow to be out. The public acted on their realization that it's a bear market. They always know these things at the bottom.
