I think so, at least as long as we are talking about total unit volume of CPU's (including K6's). I can't see under any circumstances that GTW ships more AMD based computers than CPQ.

Perhaps he was just talking about the Athlon shipment.

Yes, it does. We all know Gateway is very aggressive with Athlons. I suspect the cross over occurred late Q1 or early Q2.
