Saying that there is no large short position doesn't make it so. Why would people cover at $4? Is there some magic there that only you are privy to? It is OBVIOUS to me that a concerted effort was made to drive this company's stock into the ground, including, but not limited to groundless lawsuits. Guess what? It failed, and the momentum above $5 will make some self-involved arrogant shorts lose their A$$ets. Gee, now THAT is going to break my heart! Ha! See you at $12 a share sooner than you think!
