on the ARTT thread, it will have only $80M in cash
after paying for its licenses. However, it does have
access to vendor financing from CSCO.

Thanks Bernard: I assume that when you wrote "outside of Winstar and Nextlink (which is still not that cheap)"

that the qualifier in parentheses was for Nextlink and not Winstar. Is that correct? Nextlink's market cap is now about 3.6 times Winstar's market cap.

Would you be a buyer of Winstar at this level?
