<<Claude, what is the ownership situation of fgx ? could it be taken over on a hostile basis ? >>

I think an hostile takeover on FGX would not be very easy. The pres owns more than 12%. Several funds owns big blocks.

But of course, all depends on the price.

<< same question for bay, please !>>

Could be easier there. But again the price would make the diffrence.

<< and, do you know if tocqueville owns fgx and or bay in its funds ?>>

I don't know.
