Disney's ABC won the ratings "triple crown" for the first time in 21 years:

ABC won total audience and key demographic 18-49 over GE's NBC.

WSJ reports that Disney will lead all networks in up-front commercial sales:

...ABC is expected to be the leader among the six TV networks, with some industry executives anticipating that the Walt Disney unit will take in a record $2.4 billion. That is a huge jump from last year, when it sold between $1.7 billion and $1.9 billion in inventory.

Although ABC finished first this season in ratings for both total viewers and the key 18-to-49 age demographic (thanks mostly to "Who Wants to be a Millionaire"), many thought the network would still finish behind General Electric's NBC in ad sales for the new season, because of NBC's powerful Thursday lineup. Thursday is a big night for commercials from movie studios and auto makers, advertisers that like to flood the airwaves heading into the weekend...
