'Morning, t2. I bet you are right. I am currently long JDSU, short leaps puts, and have Sept calls so I'll sit tight. But keep us posted--nobody does this kind of play better than you.

I like your reasoning for buying JDSU calls. My suggestion, though, would be to NOT buy June calls today, as we're heading into a three-day weekend, over which your calls will suffer through three days worth of time decay. Perhaps Tuesday? And would you consider the July series (if available)? The reason I'm suggesting July is that the June series expires on June 16th.

I really appreciate your discussion of fiber optic companies, BTW. Thanks so much.

If you think that the JDSU/ETEK merger will be approved you can get more bang for your money by buying ETEK calls rather than JDSU calls.
