Welcome to SNDK & yes SEG did own appx. 25% of the company but has been a sell for the last 3 months as part of thier reverse buyout. Last posted SEG had dropped below 10% ownership.

Hi Jim,

Strange that this commentary does not mention that we just negated a descending triangle formation on the DOW. If this is comfirmed tomorrow, we would have dodged a possible 600 drop in the DOW below the horizontal line.

Still trying to catch up on the trading/news on the individual stocks but my general feeling is we get to 4000 on the COMPX so time in June, bufore starting down in a significcant manner. I expect health pullback to consolidate gains on the way though. Tomorrow being a possible case in point.

Anyone like the SCMR acquisition? It seem they are increasing the outstanding share count quite a bit for company still struggling to consolidate their position in their market segment.
