It has agreed to buy Sprint Corp. for $150.5 billion, mainly to gain control of the Sprint PCS national wireless network. Phone.com Inc. and closely held Tellme Networks Inc. also are seeking to draw customers with voice browsing. WorldCom shares fell 1/16 to 41 15/16 in midmorning trading.
