T up in pre-trading due to Media One merger being OKed

Office Depot warning they will not make analyst estimates and obviously trading down in pre-market

U.S. durable goods orders fell 6.4 percent in April, very friendly as expectations were for up 3

Personal Income was up .7 in line with expectations

Personal spending was up .4 giving us a second month where we didn't rack up more debt than we made.

Futures up but remember that volume will be extremely light ahead of the 3 day weekend and swings in teh market will be much easier to pull off with most of teh big traders skipping today or going home early.

Off to work,

Good Luck,

Lee
