DVN selling at 25 xearnings, SFS at 15 now. If the 50% increase in outstanding share drags the ratio to 20 then its a $60 stock which is close to where DVN is now. I'm holding SFS too and this may be as good as it gets, unless DVN multiple holds at 25. Dont know what to do with the SFS.

Devon is a great company, and is only selling at 6 times it's annualized first quarters cash flow.

This put them in a league with APC, BR and APA, which will sell for much higher cash flow multiples later in the cycle.

SFS is by largest E&P position, and I'm not selling yet.

Jim
