coach, just some industry rags. i probably should have said "chance" instead of "good chance". there are also rumors of a white knight coming in for MMGR, which might be the only way the deal fall apart... mainly b/c i think it's financially difficult for either to back out of the deal at this point.

Its just conjecture, musclecoach, but reasonable conjecture based on the recent NEOF news. The thought seems to be: If NEOF and companyX put off their merger, HLTH and MMGR/CARI will put off theirs."

N = 1 evidence is weak, but I can still see the merits. I just don't think it will happen. Reasons? HLTH is in a strong industry position, while NEOF is weak. HLTH is cancelling NEOF's contract in the near future. NEOF is in a world of hurt and probably couldn't afford the integration costs. HLTH has tons of cash and can afford the integration pains.
