Paul-- I concur 100% on an announcement to buy back another $100 mil worth of NOVL stock at these prices. Its a strategic and prudent use of NOVL's cash right now. I was almost going to make a similar post as yours yesterday.

See what MarchFIRST announced a yesterday before the market open. The shorts have covered, and the price has stabilized up 1 3/4's off of the bottom.

Makes obvious sense IMHO. Lets go Dennis R. and Eric!, QuadK

Paul.....

>>I am reminded here of Fred's remark where he said he knew all the institutions but you notice how he didn't "share" any of that information with us, not even the URL's. What happened to "trust" Fred? Why don't you ask around Fred.>>

A colleague/partner we are working with has all this information. The one individual which has the account and his name is Daniel Sullivan. Dan works for a NYSE member firm with a rather large $2 operation on the floor.

I have a call into Dan to provide some way for him to allow others to access this information for the limited purpose I outlined.

There are many large databases with similar information on Wall Street. As an example, my company is in a group or class of shareholders seeking to factor roughly $16-18 mm in restricted stock in a publicly traded NASD stock. We've spoken to a number of special situation managers of some of the largest firms on Wall Street this week. All of these managers have databases which show buying/selling and position counts for equity ownership. We need to find long holders of a publicly traded stock for them to borrow against as part of a collar/hedge program.

I will keep after this and try to post more information which we can all use.

Peace.
