Dear Agustus: I am now 56. When it comes to ethics I think the Chinese would likely be above the Russians even now. I have many business friends who have done business in Russia and every single one has been aghast at the level of fraud and corruption in that society. Probably, I have heard, is because the Communists just became the Capitalists, the people of Russia, as historically, merely suffer. Someone once said, the start of a long journey is that first step. Got to start sometime, might as well be now. JDN
