We have this situation concerning the cell industry in the USA because we are capitalist, we must have competition. At times it's a down fall to our system. There is something to be said for standardization. In France they use one design for nuclear reactors, honing the design and making it better with each one that is built afterwards. I saw the same thing at AMOCO, I wanted to standardize on Honeywell process control equipment, and throw out the Foxboro equipment because I thought that Honeywell was a more of a computer company while Foxboro was more of a value company. Instead they went with both with way more Foxboro equipment, I thought that was wrong. I argued that it be better to have many computer experts on the same equipment, instead of a tower of babble. I loss, Foxboro couldn't keep up with Honeywell and was bought out, and AMOCO was bought out by BP, all because they didn't listen to me. <gg> LOL
