What judgements? The bureaucrats? The contractual language was quite clear. MSFT products must all be delivered as a part of their use of the OS. They made IE a part of that package. At NN's expense. This is against the law. A judge has agreed. MSFT is getting reprogrammed.

The laws were in existence before they committed their acts. They knew what they were doing. Things caught up with them. But billions of dollars in business later I might add. So this proposed break up is hardly any great punishment. It is only intended to prevent further abuse of their monopoly position.

human nature dictates that the big guys get taken down. envy, resentment and plain-old mean-spiritedness are always at the core. any talk of law and monopolies is superfluous.
