That simply is NOT TRUE. Mr. Poe has been CEO of SMTC since approximately 1985 or so, not since the early 70's.

And with respect to the possibility of Mr. Poe leaving SMTC voluntarily, I agree with you in this regard ... but you never know, hence the sell rule I established.

Best to all SMTC longs, especially the cool groovy ones I've known for quite a while now.
