I'll guess that it's about 25% on Cumine & >80% on Xeon

Extrapolating from your guesses, if the logic part of a cumine and xeon is the same and takes up X amount of space, then logic + memory on

cumine = x + x/3 = 4/3(x)
xeon = x + 4x = 5x

So, if your guess is right, we would expect a xeon die to be 4X the size of a cumine die. (That SRAM cell must be one large mutha!)

Is there any place to get these sizes?
