OT--I don't know why the Suburban kicked the Excursion's rumpus, but part of it is probably that GM has been making them for years and it is a difficult market to break into. Excursion also not sufficiently differentiated from Ford's other heavy metal. In any case, I did not mean to imply that GM is high-quality. LOL! I think all US car makers are horrible. I have only owned Japanese vehicles. And within Japanese vehicles, I only buy Toyota. I believe they are the best in the world. I could see somebody buying Honda, though, to save a few bucks. Some good Euro stuff, but why spend the money when Toyota is so darned good for less money?
