Instead of a mask, the armed man has sported a tweed jacket and trilby hat during daring raids across the Midlands in the past 10 months. ``The man appears to be laughing when he leaves and obviously finds what is going on very humorous,'' a police spokeswoman said. ``There are some concerns for his state of mind.'' Despite video footage, still photos and witnesses, police have not been able to stop the suspect aged between 40 and 50 from walking off with thousands of dollars.
