i think this signal should be taken seriously...the reversal on Wednesday, yesterday's pull-back and today's churn coupled with news of fund outflows are classic short term bottoming indications. we could get a pretty significant bear market rally out of this...unless of course Wed's lows get broken on volume, but that seems unlikely...most of the NDX stocks are deeply oversold, and some of the lead sled dogs like CSCO have begun to positively diverge.
