Mrs. Hoghead, Another excellent post. Just in my experience, the court(s) do not necessarily agressively enforce paying interest. I doubt Anthony had to provide much information, as a matter of fact, I'll bet it was just a formality that his attorney would naturally have asked for him not to have to pay interest, just like asking for a reduced sentence. Not to mention, it would hardly have been worth his time, or anyone's for that matter, to "hide" his assets to avoid paying a couple of thou in petty interest. Let's not make too big a deal of it, yeah? The most relevant thing you brought up was (IMHO): "Seriously though Tony ain't our problem at this point. What about Tom and Manny et al.? I sure don't see any word from them after all this time" Wuz up wif' dat' ?

Hi Mrs H., Like I said in earlier posts. Anthony would sell his sole to get to where he needs to go/be. Anthony an Steve are so dirty that the government didn't want to prosecute them because they threw them some bones, this is why I filed with the agency on both coasts. CNBC makes these guys look like heros. Anyone with common sense knows what the heck is going on. This was all pointed out. It is amazing how the east coast looks at it verses the west coast. The TRUTHSEEKER is another one that thinks that he is a crusader for the common man. Sure wish I had access to his trading record. I think it would be interesting as to where he stands before he takes these, I'm out there to save the small investor.???????? It's all about skirting the law in the name of the law. Like the CRUSADERS in the 10th century. I've post this guy on this thread and asked him if he was wrong would he make it public that he was wrong and what would he do to re-establish the share price. I haven't gotten a reply. I haven't had time to search this guy out yet but when I do. I am going to ask everyone to help me. We are going to put all these INQUISTIDORS out of business. I am/we are going to make these guy/girls accountable for what they do in the name of justice.;-(((((( Many longs have lost small fortune in the name of these short INQUISITIONS. As far as I am concerned, Tom is a virgin compared to these guys. So Mrs H., we will have to see where this all goes. Catcha on the upside, Ron
