you're absolutely right. i apologize for taking a snippet of your actual quote.... i actually missed the first part of the sentence b/c i was skimming what you wrote.... i was skimming b/c i couldn't stomach all of the whining i was reading.
as for my logic being simplistic... i calls 'em as i sees 'em. lastly, i stand by everything i've posted. i now am long the stock and am still repulsed by the "cheerleading" on the thread. stating nothing but the positive facts is similar to a drug company stating a drug cures cancer without disclosing the drug leaves you brain dead....

i'm so sorry you can't stand to hear any negatives about your "perfect" company, but some abound. i do think, at the current level, the positives outweigh the negatives and the stock is fairly valued.

oh, and as for <<SanDisk did speak when the share price was high by having massive insider selling. Did you forget that point?>> uh, yeah, kinda like you forget they can make the same statement by buying shares in the current market! and, if they were so upset about SEG selling shares, they could have used some of that cash warchest to buy the shares directly from SEG... that WAS an option, wasn't it? guess you didn't bring that out in your one-sided "analysis", did you?

don't tear your pom-poms by cheering too much. and, please, go back and show how i misused facts for support instead of illumination... seems like everything you state is for the "support" side... sorry the market isn't cooperating with you, but don't take it out on those who tend to look at both the positives AND the negatives. doing so tends to keep me from buying a SNDK at $190. besides, didn't realize it was your thread....

What are you talking about?

<<SanDisk did speak when the share price was high by having massive insider selling. Did you forget that point?

Here is the insider selling record.

biz.yahoo.com

Where is the "MASSIVE INSIDER SELLING when the stock price was high in March????

Do you have another source that differs from this one? If so, please post.

Because if you do not, there was no "MASSIVE INSIDER SELLING " when the stock price was high!

P.S. SNDK is even for the year. How does this compare to the NASDAQ? Hmmmmm?

Why are all of you so worried about the daily stock price in SNDK.
If you really see SNDK as one of the most under priced stocks in the market today. If you know that the revenues will be there for SNDK then quit sweating.
On the other hand, do some of you see SNDK as a house of cards (no pun indented) that just got way ahead of itself in an obscene market?

Still on the sidelines,
Drew
