>Yes, I have challenged you
Billy, I consider being called a liar to be a little stronger than a challenge, and I think we debated this before, but I'll go over it one more time before I go out to play golf.
It is the responsibility of the prosecution to prove that the accused was guilty. It is not the responsibility of the accused to prove they're not.
So, If I'm going to call someone a liar...I would never ever do such an insulting deed unless, I could back it up.
And Yes Billy...If anyone Calls me a liar who couldn't back it up...I'm sorry, but I would use the 'F' word again...because that's just old HJ.
So If you don't want to hear the 'F' word again, don't accuse anyone of being liar, unless YOU can back it up.
Or you could be more discreet...like saying "I think your exaggerating a bit".
Btw
I did ask Kis once if he was exaggerating a bit, but I can't remember what his reply was.

Yes, I have challenged you and KIS when you made outrageous claims and neither of you could
back them up. That was after you told be to "fuck off", HJ.

William,

KIS claimed a trade in options on YHOO that exceeded the number of contracts that traded that day for the strike and price he claimed. I do not like to go around calling people liars but I really doubt the market did not count KIS's trade that day in the the total contracts traded. Either KIS lied entirely about the trade or maybe greatly exaggerated the number of contracts? In either case, it was not the truth.
