Hey Jeff,

I think the Pathnet deal is a breakthrough for ILNK. While many small caps in the VOIP arena are spending money on marketing their freephone services, voip applications for businesses, etc, ILNK has remained relatively quiet while concentrating on technology development and expanding their network. They have currently one of the largest dedicated networks for VOIP(If not the largest) in the world due to their own network combined with recent partnerships with RedCube and Pathnet.

I like the Pathnet idea as VOIP availability to areas that are not necessarily prioritized by the big guns in the industry. Their are literally millions of small to medium sized businesses in these areas, and since ILNK has hooked up with Pathnet, they beat the big guns to this market area. Once firmly lodged in the second and third tier areas, it becomes easier take market share from the top tier metro areas.

I am impressed with ILNK's apparent backdoor approach to recognition. They still are playing a tough balancing act though with a limited budget and the Winter Harbor warrant issue.
