I think the coming Eckerd Drug Store spin off from JCP will be quite positive. They are building a lot of nice new stores here in NY state. Eckerd = nice, RAD = ugly. JCP also considering sale of some assets and using $$ to buy back stock. Also, new CEO or top person who was main merchandiser at WMT and turned it around. larry
