Hi Yaacov- There are a few college guys here who can answer your questions of procedure and time frames. Perhaps someone can give you a link. I'll try to hunt down an online course for the new American citizen or a high school 'civics' type web link for you. There's more to this thing than the Statue of Liberty, Baywatch and the SEC. Not much, though. <g> --- The appeals court is like a second chance court to go to, not for a second opinion, but to make sure everything was on the level with the regular court. If that fails, and if you've got even more money left, you can appeal to the Supreme Court, although they inly choose the interesting cases to 'hear'. There is a provision in this particular law that lets the DoJ send the thing past the Appeals Court direct to the Supreme Court. Why? I don't know. -JCJ
