No, in this context by "heavy lifting" I meant:

1) proof/findings of fact that Microsoft is a monopoly in the relevant market; and

2) proof/findings of fact that Microsoft abused its monopoly position to the detriment of others.

I wasn't thinking of remedies, but of the civil suits queued up.

JMHO.

Jaros said that Govt was painted into 'Breakup' because M$ wouldn't volunteer the publication solution. Breakup while way more complicated and expensive is just the long way around a 'publish' order which M$ would surely rally opinion against. 'Breakup; is easier for the average citizen to understand, and something that shareholders, at least in the past have viewed as possibly profitable for them (ala AT&T). -JCJ
