Hey there, Greg

I saw exactly what you saw with respect to Qualcomm. I agree totally. It's an ugly base. But it's a base. Seriously trading for the last two hours totally at 63-65. The weekend should see some sound analysis out there regarding this huge "buy op." Seriously, what stock on the Naz now has more incredible upside potential? Everything possibly negative (FUD, FUD, FUD!) has been cemented into the stock price now.

I added to Qualcomm today at 64. Call me crazy. Call me a true believer. I call it a serious "buy op." I hope it's the first dip I ever call correctly.

I love all you guys. I am, frankly, amazed at the lack of acrimony that has been exhibited on this lovely thread. People may, at times, be slow to respond to me. But never--and I mean never--am I blasted for my comments. At times, interlopers appear on the thread with destructive attitudes. Generally they are just that--interlopers.

There is incredible cause for alarm these days. Many of us are depressed. But this cute little thread has been an anchor in the dark for me. Brilliant characters and crazy characters galore. I don't care if I'm penniless come the middle of June--I can't wait to meet this flock of internet eccentrics.

Just porchin' and packin' for the rescue mission.
John

Good luck, Greg. I can't argue with buying Q at these levels. On fundamentals, it is a good buy. On technicals, I still think it will see the 50's. But it might not. If it does reverse, it will only be temporary, as I can't see QCOM outperforming a bear market. However, if it does reverse, I will gladly give up the first 30-40-50 points to make certain of the reversal, rather than buy the dip and get burned. In bear markets you sell the rallies rather than buy the dips.
