It appears insignificant as of 3/31/00 when XYBR is not listed yet. I have seen quite a few large blocks traded since then on a steady basis and all between $9 and $10 per share. They usually show up at the end of the day after all the small guys settle out. They could be the big shorts covering slowly. They could be institutions slowly collecting. We won't know in the short term. I have the luxury of waiting.

Oh, and I forgot about the recent Tennessee deal with XYBR's software division. $2.7 mil in cash flow over the year is pretty good. It's only one of 5 states they have contracts with as I understand it. And to think XYBR made that acquisition at fair value (per Merrill Llynch) of $18.93 per share. This bodes well for what the investment banks think of the future of XYBR.
