Definitely they will - they are latino and none of those other places are.
For sure Castro must go ... it wouldn't matter if he was Mahatma Gandhi himself, fourty years is way too long .. ten is too long imho ... the top rallying cry of the Revoluci¢n Mexicana was 'Sufragio Efectivo - No Reelecci¢n', each presidente is limited to one term of six years ... of course that was immediately perverted by a single party which has held power for over seventy years, and comes to an internal decision on who that presidente shall be ... but it looks like Fox the ex-Coke man could break that run this year.

The only way Cuba will change is if cubanos - and i mean resident cubanos - change it ... and things like the US embargo and attempted childknapping are strongly counter-productive to that end ... they reinforce Castro's platform of 'Cubanidad'.
