ahhaha,

Once again this goes back to how open access would be implemented. How do T and AOL/TWX go about setting terms without government interference? There can be no deals with ISPs that don't apply equally to all ISPs. That wouldn't be fair. Do you charge AOL more than Mindspring? Do you strike deals with each one? What are fair terms? That depends on costs. How are costs determined? Again, what's fair? Sounds like the govm'nt needs to provide oversight. I don't like that.

How can ATHM become wildly successful under this scenario?

It's becoming more and more difficult to get a hypothetical situation to you these days - gpowell says practice - What do you say?
How do I know - I know what I know?
How do you know - you know what you know?
How do I know - you know what you know?
How do you know - I know what I know?
How do we know - we know what we know?
How do we know - they know what they know?
How do they know - we know what we know?
Are they today - we tomorrow?
Are we today - they tomorrow?
Are we? - Are we not?
Are they? - Are they not?
