Leeza,

spin the bottle causes cooties, yech, ptoiee, you bad girl you :o)

Look at chart I posted im message, you WON by holding on, not otherwise. Timing misses cost me similar return, despite fast feet. Stick with your program, and share as much as possible with others, listeners will benefit and you will have been one reason why.

Rates NEED to go up, one look at CA and you have all the proof you need, otherwise a fall would just be magnified. I'm not saying it would be fun, definitely not wanted, but housing prices, labor costs, and product costs (especially SERVICES) are way OUT of control.

I support slowing the market down (at my expense), so my children will not have to bear the burden. Market has been about GREED, and putting aside financial benefit for a moment, the current market is a SELFISH move by investors to capture now the potential the market could provide in future years. Stealing the potential hopes & dreams of our children in something that MUST be addressed, if not by investors, then darn it I'm glad AG has guts to do it.

He may stop hiking rates to set the stage for an election rally Bush win, and avoid being so associated with the correction he takes the blame, becoming a scapegoat.

Investors and institutions pumped this baby up (mainly mutual funds) not AG, and now funds are suddenly not to be found, having abandoned the very market they told us offered immense opportunity. Individuals can't keep the market going, funds are at a crossroad, either continue supporting the market as they have advised, despite the rate hikes, or through non-participation completely stall the market (possibly worse).

You're right, no debt is ticket to freedom at times like this. Only concern, if market does not have force driving it up, there is little out there that is worth buying, since it would likely not go very far. CASH accumulation may begin to occur, at least until market/rates come to terms.

Mr. Poe is BRILLIANT, you read his confidence correctly, SMTC is sooooooo in the drivers seat. Company concerns are zero, market concerns are quite signifigant.

Food for thought; your input and thoughts appreciated Leeza. I inspect houses, my business is WAY off, the mortgage broker is seeing the same thing I am.

I'm perhaps in the extreme when looking at this, but I look for evidence to support my being wrong, and I'm just not coming up with much. Fund boys should cut vacations short and get to work, otherwise their jobs might begin to disappear in the slowdown.

Thank you for all your posts, very cool, very smart, very helpful for others, good show Leeza,

Regards, JB
