I promise to freak out if Nokia loses the Orange deal and can't split either One2One or TIW, OK? Fair enough? Otherwise Nokia is probably going to depend on challenger operators like Viag, Blu, Omnitel, etc. That's not as splashy as landing BT or Vodafone. But these newer operators are going to spend lavishly on mobile internet, since it is their only chance of catching up with the established players.

Considering KPN's history, landing them was a minor coup for Nokia. KPN has an OK European expansion plan with an eye on a lot of different markets and financial backing from DoCoMo and BellSouth. I wouldn't spit on Viag, either - the German market is the biggest in Europe.
