I think that this is healthy bearish sentiment. I believe that the bottom is in and that you will start to hear people like Abby J Cohen come out next week with some bullish comments. In other words, I think that the institutional accumulation is just about done. Here is the 100pt chart of the DJIA. Notice the triple bottom support at the same point at the Bullish Support Line.
