Michael, i don't care what Bill and Hillary and Dan Rather and the media or people in general think, and i'm certainly no friend of Fidel. None of that matters. At the core of this question is a simple premise -

It is not acceptable behaviour among humans to steal the child of another.

Again - if you'd like to offer evidence [not speculation - evidence] that Juan Miguel did not freely and of his own will make the decision to remain a cubano, then please, by all means, do so. This is the single thing that would sway me on this question.
