an index that has just collapsed 35% + from it's high will of course have a goodly number of new lows. considering there are 4,800 stocks in the NAZ Comp the number is actually not all that bad.

of course, 1,500 new lows would virtually assure us of a huge rally.

in the current volatility one can day-trade both calls and puts quite nicely...

they're going to buy whatever it is they always buy.
