Maurice, You've presented a great argument. However, the only weak link is that Vodafone would be concerned that they would lose their exclusivity. I think there is enough concern that the revenue stream would not be large enough to support the cost of a single gateway. Losing exclusivity would imply that a second licensee would have to establish a second gateway and hope that the market is large enough to support duplicated gateways. The loss of exclusivity threat is a toothless tiger.
