<<I'm not sure how long future potential will hold out against the dismal realities of current revenues and losses.>>

Since when did investors start making investment decisions based on what's happening now. The DRM industry is just getting off the ground and ITRU is the most diversified of all of the companies in this industry.

Personally, I invest in stocks that I believe have a bright future. I see nothing dismal about ITRU's future.

Dear Mr. Morton,

Thanks for contacting InterTrust. After receiving your e-mail I went and listened to the interview that you referred to. As far as the negative statements towards InterTrust, I don't think you should pay much heed to them.

It was stated in the interview that InterTrust solutions would raise privacy issues. This statement seems unfounded. InterTrust technology does allow for the tracking of consumer usage, we feel that this is advantageous for our content partners as it allows them to know how people are consuming their content.

It was also stated that the Universal and BMG commercial downloads, that are embedded with InterTrust technologies are not compatible with one another. This is a half truth. In reality, the two labels chose to provide their downloads in different formats. BMG downloads are designed to play on the MusicMatch player where as UMG downloads play on bluematter a creation of both Universal and Real Networks. In fact the one thing that is the same about the two is the InterTrust protection that they are both embedded with.

I invite you to read this article from Red Herring which places InterTrust in a select group that they expect to play a role in the future of digital entertainment.
