The DRM industry is just getting off the ground and ITRU is the most diversified of all of the companies in this industry. Personally, I invest in stocks that I believe have a bright future. I see nothing dismal about ITRU's future.

In reality, the two labels chose to provide their downloads in different formats. BMG downloads are designed to play on the MusicMatch player where as UMG downloads play on bluematter a creation of both Universal and Real Networks. In fact the one thing that is the same about the two is the InterTrust protection that they are both embedded with.
