Uncle - The problem is that Ericsson, Mot, Intel etc are all rational companies that need and want the latest wireless technology. That's not necessarily what China is or wants. After all is said and done they are still a communist country and will still make decisions with that in mind. If it serves them to use an old technology or no technology at all then that's what they will to. Their actions do not need to make sense to us with our 'Technology Forever' viewpoint. Remember they are truly a different culture and a very different type of people.
