We should remember that not all the ex-cubanos in the US are mafiosos or previous enslavers of their countrymen ... quite a number were simply middle class who happened to do well under Batista, and quite a few more are too young to know anything before Castro ... they mostly all tend to be white, but that's not a sin in itself ... 'follow the money' would be one way to draw a meaningful line - i'd like to see a 42-year itemised list of contributors to the FNAC-type groups ...
