Volume is simply coming down off of a few months where the volume was way, way over that of historical norms. Average daily volume is actually about 8.1 million shares, and not even close to current 65 ADV of around 14 million.

ADV 1997 = 8.2 million
ADV 1998 = 7.5 million
ADV 1999 = 8.5 million
JAN 2000 = 6.7 million
FEB 2000 = 13.8 million
MAR 2000 = 22.6 million
APR 2000 = 10.0 million
MAY 2000 = 7.1 million

Also -- you must keep in mind that volume throughout the entire market has been down considerably.
