Haim, thats what i'm watching, the $/euro i believe is making a reversal and today's durable goods report added fuel to the $ cracking, it's priced for perfection, just like any stocks that are sporting a p/e over 25.

That is why i believe that inverted H&S pattern developing on nasdaq and all this bullish talk about a bottom, will be dashed in a fake-out rally early next week and the ndx 100 will not be able to mount the 200 dma.

We are in a seasonally slow period of money flow, a reversal in the $, will cause money to leave, i think it's topped.

There is a cyclical turn in asset classes from paper assets to hard assets, i believe we are making that turn with the blow-off in price to fantasy paper assets.

and the wash-out in 98 of hard assets, put in a major washout bottom, many prices not seen since the great depression, and now hard assets are ready to rumble (and they have especially oil), even in the face of declining equity prices.

Gold has been manipulated down by the paper assets for lunch bunch, but the Genie is very close to getting out of the bottle.
