I've commented on this error/packet loss issue in the past.

Cyber seems to run well enough as long as the data feed is fast and clean. As soon as there is a sustained pause in the feed, it loses it. I've had to restart the program to get it back to working order.

I think the entire error recovery module needs to be reworked as this is a critical item and can result in substantial losses for traders.
