Ah so true. KLIC was the first company I invested explaining why the CEO sold. Had not that PR come out, I would have sold and waited.
I am waiting for the June quarterly to reassess the company. March had record backlog so I expect it to continue. If not, the top may have very well passed us by.

I don't know whether the 'smart money' looks more at orders than btb, but stock price correlates better to orders.
