You're asking the wrong guy. My opinion is that the stock is trading at atleast a 30 discount to fair value now. Its NOT (much like all the other FWBB telecom stocks) trading on fundamentals so their is little evidence to look at to provide a reversal. At this point I would look to the short term technicals to identify any reversals. This is one of those points in the market (much like the Nov-mid March run-up) where the normal "rules" change.
