Bob,

Many CEOs have a systematic selling program so they never surprise the street.

Scott announced the sale of 1/2 his holdings for diversification reasons.

Prudent, but unnerving given what the fed has done to investor confidence and the economy.

FWIW,
Ian.

At which tech companies does the CEO never sell stock?
Probably none.
My two oldest holding MDT and ORCL usually have Mr. George and Ellison performing a buy due to exercising options coinciding at the same time with smaller selling of shares.
Selling shares that are less than 5% of the daily volume isn't so bad either. When someone dumps 20% of a daily volume like ATHM Jermoluk did and MLTX's Tousignant, those are red flags to me and worth watching.
