feminvstr -- Please cite every post or comment I've written with which you don't agree. Please explain where you disagree and back up your reasons with facts. Also, please fill out a profile so we know who you are. Anonymous accusations are cowardly. I've always written under my own name and take responsibility for everything I say. It's only fair to ask the same of you. Incidentally, I don't know Pluvia or Anthony and I have no connection to any of the lawsuits being filed. I think class-action lawsuits of this kind benefit lawyers and not shareholders. I've never joined one and never will. Besides which I've never owned Terayon so don't even qualify. As for Gilder, every time he's written on a subject with which I'm familiar, I've found huge errors. I have no idea if his research is as sloppy on other topics, but he's certainly struck out on Terayon, Avanex, and the more general topic of Raman lasers. Since he claims to be in touch with higher powers --- and by implication reverential of truth --- I have to think his connections to the divine are having a few QoS problems. I'm not obsessed with proving him wrong. He's doing very well on his own. Pat

I didn't see the letters JDSU in your post. If you have a problem with or compliment for Pat, take it up with her privately. If you have something to add about JDSU, the optical business, or something related to it, then please post it here publically. The PAT/TERN/GILDER issue is old, and we've hashed it through ad nauseum. It's not worth re-opening. Thanks in advance. Can we all ( including myself ) obey SI posting guidelines that ask that if you are posting an " OFF TOPIC POST " you preface it with OT/ This way those who are interested only in what pertains strictly to JDSU can skip the rest? Is it an obsession to prove Gilder wrong or ?? These are posts with many links painting a rather compelling story about TERN and perhaps the players behind the class action law suit. Pay attention to the dates of many of the links and the dates which many posts where prior to the class action law suit.
