Looks like Merrill Lynch has already done us a favor.

Hope they don't get their ass sued by an ambulance chaser...

"We believe that the recent slide in SNDK's stock price due in large part to negative stock market sentiment has been exacerbated by selling of SNDK stock by Seagate, which recently went private. We believe that Seagate now has divested itself of over 85% of its total holdings in SNDK and currently holds approximately 2-3 million shares. In our opinion, the remaining overhang of Seagate-owned shares creates minimal downside risk for SNDK moving forward."
