Elmo-- lawsuits never benefit the shareholder, only the lawyers. The sad part is the officers and BoD are not held accountable either as an insurance company pays. The only good I have ever seen is the leadership must perform where they are as no one else wants them. Of course maybe few want them where they are too. IMO one of the best things that could happen to novl is a clean sweep of the leadership and new blood like FS describes WITH some turnaround experience is the only thing that could give back the lost credability in the short term. In the mean time the mkt slump will continue to move all issues down and punish those that are not performing and where no changes have been implemented.

Elmo - <<"how do you think another lawsuit will benefit you?">> Here you state "another". I must have missed something as I did not know any had been filed. To answer that question,, maybe if the leadership had a multitude of lawsuits they could not concentrate on their normal duties/functions and novl would actually make a few bux. LOL!!!!!
